Steven M. Bimm
Steve Bimm specializes in vacant land sales and acquisition, marketing of development parcels, and bulk lot disposition and sales to builders. He also devotes much of his real estate practice to finding and selling light industrial, distribution warehouses, flex R&D, and office space on behalf of his ever growing list of clients. He is currently focusing on Mixed Use Communities and the Transit Oriented Developments associated with the RTD's Metro Area FasTracks initiative and is working with several land owners and developers to service this sector of the new energy economy.
Steve is a member of REALTORS® Land Institute where he is pursuing the credential of Accredited Land Consultant. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and is member of both the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the North Metro Denver Association of Realtors. Steve has over 30 years experience in the land development, heavy construction management, and civil engineering industries. He has been responsible for various aspects of the development process for numerous master planned communities both in Colorado and throughout the West. He has also been involved with the development, entitlement, construction, and marketing for several resort properties. In addition, Steve is the Owner and President of Advanced Development Services Group, LLC, a land development cousulting firm serving builders and developers in the front range and mountain areas of Colorado.As a resident of Broomfield, Colorado, Steve Bimm is an expert in the North Metro Area, including but not limited to the cities of Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Arvada, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Adams County, Jefferson County, Arapahoe County, Ouray County, Summit County, Weld County, and his land development activities have also taken him all over the Front Range, Colorado Mountain Communities, the Western Slope as well as parts of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.Mr. Bimm has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University and is currently pursing his license as a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. In addition, he has attended graduate level management studies at both the University of Wyoming and California Lutheran University.
